Любители лимериков, ау!
Jane RRR): Мне очень нравится особенный поэтический "жанр" в английском - лимерики (стихотворения из 5 строчек с характерной рифмовкой). Делают процесс обучения забавным и свежим, что ли:). Хочу поделиться некоторыми любимыми лимериками. У кого есть, добавляйте тоже! * * * There was a young man from Leeds, Who swallowed a packet of seeds, Within an hour his nose was a flower, And his head was a riot of weeds. * * * This man from Quebec Wrapped both his legs round his neck, But then he forgot How to undo the knot, And now he's an absolute wreck. * * * There was a young lady named Ruth, Who had a great passion for truth. She said she would die Before she would lie, And she died in the prime of her youth.
