EVERY CHILD BORN IS A GENIUS
Jane RRR): There is a common belief that every child born is a genius but as they grow up they are 'spoilt' by their parents. Do you agree with this? Do you think that child prodigies are 'born' or 'made'?

Elena Geiko: I personally believe each of us is born with all prerequisites to becoming a genius. It's a matter of developing all these things to a certain extent by the right people in the right time of our lives. Another thing is our parents often miss this point in time, or don't have enough resources to develop our talents.

Elena Geiko: I mean having the talents themselves, or finding the right person with those talents to develop them in a child
Jane RRR): By the way, do you think that proper upbringing can compensate for the lack of inborn abilities?
Elena Geiko: Yes, I would agree with that. Just like improper upbringing would hinder the development of inborn abilities.
sam: Think it's just a matter of interest. If u have an interest - u have a talent 4 that. Having no interest to a certain thing makes it 'spoilt' 4 u

Binkel: There are many parents who say that children should tell about their interests and get enrolled on different courses themselves. But the problem is that kids are not always able to find the courage to tell their parents what talents they would like to develop. Sometimes kids just don't know that some of their talents may be useful in their future life.
